This continuous progress not only places a great mission upon us but also requires us to closely follow the developments in knowledge and technology. While technology provides countless opportunities for accessing information\, it falls short of replacing the in-person exchange of knowledge and experiences\, and the warm embrace of friendships that we enjoy at our congresses. In this respect\, TARK holds a special significance for each of us\, bringing us together. \nWe are working with great dedication to offer you a congress filled with unforgettable memories and rich content\, where you can engage with science and knowledge in spaces adorned with technology and art\, and share the latest developments in our field. DESCRIPTION:Dear colleagues\, dear friends\, \nIt is an honor and a joy to invite you to participate in the  SRATI 2024 Congress\, an anniversary edition  celebrating the organization of  50 national congresses  of the Romanian Society of Anesthesia and Intensive Care. Thus\, between   May 15 and 19\, 2024 \, we will celebrate this landmark moment in the history of SRATI at the International Conference Center\, Sinaia\, a destination that has already become emblematic for our community. \nIn this festive context\, the related\, traditional events of the SRATI Congress will also be held: the 18th Romanian-French Congress of Anesthesia and Intensive Care\, the 16th Romanian-Israeli Symposium on Current Affairs in Anesthesia and Intensive Care\, the 23rd Congress of Anesthesia and Intensive Care Assistants\, 11th “Romania Dodoloata” Symposium of the Anesthesia and Intensive Care Societies from Romania and Moldova. \nAccess to education is an intrinsic part of SRATI’s mission\, which we hope to fulfill year after year and on the occasion of the National Congress\, through a scientific program that reflects our continuous commitment to excellence in anesthesia and intensive care. Over the course of 50 editions\, we have witnessed a tremendous increase in the complexity of the scientific agenda\, which now brings together many renowned experts from around the world and includes a variety of topics\, covering the latest discoveries\, technologies and trends in the field. \nWe emphasize the important role of partnerships with industry\, which bring the latest innovations and discoveries to the fore\, giving us the opportunity to explore and discuss ways in which we can use these technologies to bring significant benefits to our patients and to advance medical practice in intensive care. \nWe are proud to be part of a dedicated\, active community that promotes the highest standards in everything we do. During these 50 years we worked together\, learned\, innovated and evolved as professionals\, trained new generations\, contributed to the realization of SRATI’s mission. \nWe hope that this anniversary event will also be an opportunity to grow together\, engage in constructive discussions and form and strengthen ties with our colleagues at home and abroad. \nWe are waiting for you\, therefore\, in Sinaia\, at the SRATI Congress 2024\, to enjoy together unique moments of celebration\, when we will celebrate not only the progress of society\, but\, above all\, our community\, the great ATI family\, which was and remains the heart of SRATI . \nUnited we are strong\, we are STRICT! \nWith friendship\, \nProf. Dr. Șerban-Ion Bubenek-Turconi

DESCRIPTION:The first Congress of anesthesiologists and intensivists of Montenegro will be remembered as a unique gathering of experts and professionals from various fields of anesthesia and treatment of critically ill patients in intensive care units\, which is being held for the first time in our independent country. Through lectures and workshops led by these prominent experts\, discussions within the sessions that will follow each of them\, we will get to know the latest guides\, attitudes\, guidelines\, and\, using their valuable experience\, we will work together towards the same goal\, implement new standards and improve our daily clinical practice. Anesthesia and intensive therapy of critically ill patients is a field of medicine that is constantly developing\, and this kind of cooperation is something that we have lacked until now\, and we believe that through the continuity of such events in the future we will maintain openness towards the region and the world and in this way\, through our training\, building experience according to the latest standards\, to provide our patients with safe and quality treatment in our country.
