The symposium will bring together anesthesiologists, intensivists, and reanimatologists from across the Mediterranean region and beyond. The scientific program will feature:
- Plenary lectures on artificial intelligence in airway management, quality in airway practices, pediatric intensive care, and antimicrobial resistance
- Panel discussions and round tables on perioperative medicine, pain management, critical care, regional anesthesia, blood management, transplantation, nutrition, and pediatric anesthesia
- Workshops on Plan A blocks, perioperative blood management, and advanced airway tools
The event will officially open with a ceremony on October 10th, followed by a welcome cocktail and a rich social program, highlighting the importance of both scientific exchange and networking.
One of the symposium’s central themes is teamwork, emphasizing collaboration in clinical practice and research. The organizers expressed hope that MAS will not only provide valuable scientific insights but also mark the beginning of a new tradition in Mediterranean anesthesiology
