Dear Colleagues,

It is our great pleasure, on behalf of the organizers—the Association of Doctors of Medicine, Anesthesiologists and Reanimatologists of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (UDMAR) and the Association of Anesthesiologists, Reanimatologists and Intensivists of the Republic of Srpska (UAIRRS)—to welcome you to the 4th Congress of Anesthesiologists and Reanimatologists in Bosnia and Herzegovina with International Participation, which will be held from October 15–18, 2026, at Jahorina.

During the three days of the Congress, a broad spectrum of topics will be presented, providing participants with the opportunity to discuss, exchange information, and share their experiences on current issues in anesthesiology, reanimatology, and intensive care medicine.

We are witnessing an exceptionally dynamic development of anesthesiology, reanimatology, and intensive care medicine. New methods, therapeutic guidelines, and treatment strategies continue to emerge, and opinions and experiences regarding these advances will be exchanged within the various thematic sessions. Our goal is for the Congress to be conducted in the spirit of professional advancement and fruitful collaboration among all participants. The international character of the Congress will serve as a strong impetus for the further development of anesthesiology, reanimatology, intensive care medicine, and pain therapy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
