The Association of Kosovo Anesthesiogists was found
in 2006 in Pristina. The first anesthesia meeting in Kosovo
was held in 2006, in Pristina. The meeting had international character with eminent speakers from Great Britain, Japan, Switzerland, Turkey, Albania, Macedonia etc. The Association of Kosovo Anesthesiologists has become the part of the European Society of Anesthesia in
2008. Later on Society’s name had been changed as Society of Anesthesiology at Intensive Care of Kosova. It is a member of WFSA since 2009.
